We had a major water heater leak, and the Purofirst team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Emergency Services Division Manager DJ got a crew out to our home within just a couple of hours. The remediation team, led by technician Antonio, worked quickly and efficiently. Antonio was extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and conscientious — he explained every step of the process and checked in regularly throughout the week-long remediation. DJ remained very responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions along the way. Thank you Purofirst! I recently found myself in a terrible situation, late in the evening and needed help. I manage a high rise HOA in Bethesda, where the problem occurred.
