Needed septic emptied. Told us not the right time of year. Had kids living at home for a bit. They moved out needed emptying. We can't help it needed to be done. Never call them back.

Horrible service. While the lady on the phone (Wife/Owner) seemed very customer friendly, nice, and genuine, her husband (owner) was anything but. The guy showed up at our cabin to pump our tank and was upset at where I had parked. We have had some problems with people trespassing and causing problems so being there by myself with a three year old I was not about to park my car up on the road, but he didn't care, and there are limited places to park due to the rain and soft ground. I came out of the cabin and immediately asked him if he wanted me to move my car, he was clearly mad at where I had parked and treated me like garbage the entire encounter. He waived at the spot I was parked and said something to the effect of yeah, your in my way. He had blocked me in and he refused to mov

The Purple Pumper team is wonderful, they are very personable, efficient, and down-to-earth. Janelle is always very kind, efficient, up-front, and keeps you updated if any changes are made. The driver, I believe his name is Ardell is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain some of the intricacies of our system when he didn’t have to. Everyone I’ve interacted with at this company has been very kind, professional, and knowledgeable!

Came quickly when septic pump burned out. His wife told me he was busy on other projects, but he showed up real fast. Pumped septic, diagnosed the problem correctly and installed a new more powerful lift station pump. Gave me hints on rodent control. I was very pleased. My wife was real happy!
