Left us with no snow removal service in last year's largest storm. Talks and talks and talks on integrity and values and past experience. This year, when we called to arrange service, he said his "team member" would call back. No one called back. Based on what's been said and done before, this "team" has no teamwork, and I believe little of the endless information he has given.
