Steve was professional, friendly, and fair. He came out within a couple of days, fixed our washer issue, and gave us a great recommendation for someone to clean out the dryer vent. I would definitely recommend his services!

Met Steve and he was very professional. Ordered parts and fixed my dishwasher and dryer. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. Steve was a pleasure to deal with.

My running refrigerator wasn't staying cold enough, so I called Pursel's. After speaking with a very nice woman, I was on the schedule for the next day. I called back in the morning to find out my service window, and Steve called me when he was on his way, which was right on time. Within minutes of entering my kitchen, he had a good idea of what was wrong and got to work. One of the fans had malfunctioned, and he had a replacement on the truck. Within 45 minutes he had diagnosed and solved the problem, and even left my freezer much cleaner than it was when he arrived. I couldn't be happier with the service, and will absolutely call again if we have any appliance issues.

Outstanding service received from Pursell. Called on a Tuesday am and had a service guy in my place the same day. Diagnosed the issue with my clothes dryer quickly and ordered parts the same day. Made a special appointment for me on a Saturday as I was away during the week and returned to fix the dryer perfectly. Respectful, expert, clean and on time service. These guys know what they’re doing. Highly recommended.
