After calling several companies in the Sumner County area, this was the only company that truly came to our rescue and was able to remedy the situation in a timely and precise manner. It was an emergency situation, and they handled it with such professionalism. They will definitely get more of our business in the future and we will recommend them to everyone we know. James came by to pump our septic tank. James was awesome! Not only did he do the job, he was considerate and cleaned out some roots and helped me use my snake to unclog my drain pipe as well. He was great towards me dog and personable and all around just a solid dude. If I ever need septic services I will be calling PWM Environmental and requesting James. Thank you sir!

Very fast response. I called on Sunday night and they were at my house at 8am Monday morning. Very reasonable prices. The technician they sent was great. He gave me some pointers and explained everything very well. Highly recommended!

Spenser Harp diagnosed the septic field's clogged up problem immediately upon reading the TDEC permit and notes. He proposed the most logical and economical solution, and successfully corrected the blockage issue once and for all. We couldn't recommend PWM Environmental more, especially for the convenience, professionalism and quality of service.
