Pyramid Contractors

I wanted to like Pyramid. Joe Shanks was professional, but their quality control is severely lacking. We filed 3 warranty repairs, all of which they admitted was their oversight, one that lead to interior water damage. Now we have water damage again from another obvious miss (see photos - this is just from 1 of the cases). I told Joe we were more than willing to pay additional for "out of scope" repairs - how they didn't catch these is beyond me, considering we hired a new roofer who found the issues within 5 minutes. Pyramid was on our roof over 10 times and still failed to catch glaring issues, forcing us to file claims later - such a waste of our time and money fixing drywall & repainting from the water leaks. We were very pleased with our service! We worked with Brandon. He was quick to come over and assess our window and get measurements and a quote. The turnaround time was quick. We had to have additional concrete block added to a wall to raise the new window up away from the foundation. They came and put a temporary hold in the space while we waited for the window to come in- this was quick and efficient to avoid the summer heat and rain. The Installation process of the window was seamless and done in a couple hours. The installation crew was very thorough, considerate, and kind. We are grateful for Brandon overseeing this process, he made easy!
