PZ is an excellent construction firm. Pawel was prompt for the roof evaluation and gave straightforward, thorough feedback. Peter and the roofing team did excellent work and completed the roof in one day. They were careful to install a diverter above the chimney to prevent erosion at the roof/chimney seam. Arthur was a master craftsman and installed a beautiful scupper and downspout on the turreted garage along with a repair of the seal between the scupper box and the roof liner. I highly recommend this construction company.

The team at PZ Construction is extremely thorough. Paul (the owner) performed an inspection which included both the outside of the house and accessible attic spaces. He provided the most detailed estimate of any of the contractors which included descriptions and materials for each phase of work. The crew was very diligent during the project and performed a daily cleanup of all waste material, etc. All of the copper work is done on site and the team provided picture updates of the various stages of work. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work performed and will likely use PZ for any future needs.

Pawel and his team did a beautiful job restoring our clay tile roof. They designed a beautiful solution to a problematic soffit area, and created extraordinary copper gutters, including a perfectly arched bay window gutter. The house looks great. They were timely and hard working. Also very tidy and considerate of our shrubs and flowers.

August 2018 I hired PZ to tear down and replace my roof that was leaking from another roof installer. I had felt the job was well done and even recommended him. In May 2019 after some heavy rains I had leaking again. I contacted PZ and he came out and told me he it shouldn’t be leaking and he needed to come out at a later time. He never followed up and my text messages (how we always communicated) went unanswered. There is now water damage and mold present. I sent one final text stating I will be opening a case with the BBB. This has been ignored as well
