Self park lot with no attendant. Scan QR code to pay. Tow truck waits in the lot to take away illegally parked vehicles.
Atrocious exp….Horrible experience and nasty management people.. My husband’s BMW was parked there. He had monthly parking with them and has been parking there now for couple of months. Yesterday BMW was stolen in day light from that lot. There is no security in there.. I filled the complaint with Hartford police. When I called them .. they blamed saying the car was not locked or had the keys in it. The keys are with me.. and it was locked. They had no empathy in their voice and blaming me. Asking me where did you call the police it’s not our responsibility.. they are horrible ..
