Q-Team Tree Service

Funny story- I live in York, was on vacation for a week, came home to a 100 ft Pine cut down laying across my leach field. Maine DOT identified Q-Team was working for CPM and without permission dropped a number of trees including ones 30 feet in my property, dropped trees on my leach field. They also emptied their chippers on my property. They probably did $10K of damage to my property. CMP came back apologized and hired another company to come out and pull out the wood. But I'm blown away for the total lack of respect of my property. Edit: I would like to respond to Q-Team's comments. Multiple CMP employees, Maine DOT, and other certified Arborists expressed deep concern about Q-Team's professionalism on my property. CMP apologized and made them come back and remove the wood. After a hard winter last year with a number of trees and branches down I had Q-team come in and walk the property with me as it is surrounded by many tall pine trees but is also on Sebago Lake with its restrictions on what can and can not be taken down etc. We hadn’t had a major clean out in quite some time and it was needed. We agreed a plan but left it open in case more might need to be done. We then agreed an approximate time for them to come and do the work. It all went bang on schedule and the crew and lead manager could not have been nicer. They were courteous, professional and very hard working! We did end up doing more than originally discussed but having embarked on the clean up it was clear that to do a proper job this additional stuff should be taken down and cleared away

We've relied on Q-team for over twenty five years, starting with the initial lot clearing to the usual Maine tree work due to storms or dead trees. Over the years, their ability to handle tall, difficult trees has only improved due to what appears to be an ongoing purchase of what I think are some of the best machines for cost effectively and safely getting their team up high to deal with any type of tall trees. Both I and my neighbors have been satisfied with their service for years, highly recommended. Plus, everyone I've ever dealt with, from Robert Fogg to the entire team, has always been a pleasure to interact with.

Q-Team is amazing! They have done a lot of work on my property and each time I am 100% satisfied. Sara in the office and the crews that come out to do the work are consistently friendly, professional and responsive. I recently called them to remove a large tree limb that had fallen into the lake. They arrived within the hour and quickly completed the job. They cleaned up so well, that you wouldn't even know they had been there. This is the case every time I have used them.
