QD Restoration - Water, Fire, Mold

David and Francisco from QD Restoration deserve nothing less than a five-star review! They meticulously removed and demolished my shower, finally uncovering the root cause of a persistent water leak. Not only did they swiftly address the issue, but they also expertly mitigated the water damage that followed. Their professionalism, efficiency, and cleanliness throughout the process were truly commendable. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of restoration work!

My hot water heater was not giving me any hot water. I called the plumber but when he took the panel of the water heater closet there was water on the floors and the walls were all wet. So the plumber suggested QD Restoration to assess the damage. They came out that same afternoon. Over the next 10 days they brought machines to dry out all the water damage, removed the walls and insulation in the water heater closet, the master bath and under the house and sprayed to prevent mold. Sal and Rene did a thorough job and got me ready for the next step - the rebuild.

These guys showed up to my house and removed a 36x 36 piece of wet Sheetrock from my laundry room. They replaced it with plastic and staples! I have a 4 week old w/d. They were packing up their fans and just left my w/d in the middle of the laundry room. I had a one inch space to open my garage door. They had torn the air vent out of the wall and the dryer. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I called their boss. He made them repair and push the w/d against the wall. When I woke up the next morning my Acura had been spray painted all over with purple paint. My driveway, front door and door facing, along with with Ring had all been spray painted. When I called the boss he told me to pound sand unless I had proof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have no enemies and I know

QD came out late at night to assess damage from a leaky AC install and got mold remediation set up immediately. They will handle this job from start to finish and I will update with any changes. I am very pleased with their service, this far.

Rene and Anthony were awesome! They worked on my house that had water damage, they were very professional, cleaned after themselves and went above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns!
