I had a great experience with this company. My refrigerator failed overnight on a Monday morning. I came home Monday hoping I could repair it myself, but I figured out the compressor was bad. Initiated a ticket with LG that was accepted by this company early the next morning. I called them around 9 and John was at my house by noon. The compressor was replaced by 1pm and I was back in business. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround, especially on a warranty job. John communicated well and did exactly what he said he would. The refrigerator is working well. John checked in this morning to ensure it was working. Nice touch.

I had a year and a half old freezer that suddenly stopped. I was referred to Qdexcyma Technology by the manufacturer and after diagnosing problem parts were ordered. Promptly returned in a few days to install parts and recharge the system. Working great now.

John at Qdexcyma Technologies was excellent. Our LG refrigerator broke down on a Friday evening. By Monday he was onsite and diagnosed the problem- a burned out condenser. The part was on the truck and within 30 minutes our life was back to normal. No waiting for service or parts. And to top it off John checked in the next day to ensure everything was working as expected. When was the last time a technician followed up with you? In my experience this was a first. The whole experience was great. Highly recommended!

Qdexcyma Technologies replaced the compressor on my LG French doors refrigerator. They went out of their way to schedule repair ASAP. That was really appreciated. The service was prompt, neat and professional. A broken refrigerator can be a nightmare. They saved the day!

LG refrigerator with an FFE error code: The tech arrived and diagnosed the issue quickly. He was also back with the new parts a day earlier than expected and the repairs were completed in about 15 min and the unit is running fine.
