It should be possible to leave zero stars. A man from this company entered my backyard unannounced. He was close enough to my office window that I saw his reflection walk by in my laptop screen while on a call at work. My cameras started going on and I went to the door as he finished taking pictures of my home. I asked him what was he doing and he claimed he was checking for gas lines. I said I don’t have gas, I’m fully electric. He caught an attitude as I explained to him he had no business coming up in my yard unannounced. He claimed he knocked. I said are you blind, there’s a doorbell. Had you rung it, I would have been nicer. He interrupted me telling me he was just doing his job and I got loud at that point andtold him again, he had no business on my property, doing your job or not. H

I was getting ready to leave and I opened my fence up and started to drive outwards. The guy walks n my yard and said hello how are u I am checking ur meter. That's all. Had a tablet and bag. Disrespectful and I stood there and he slams my fence walks away. I watched him and did not tell me who he was or nothing. Disrespectful not in proper uniform and badge was hidden and not introducing themselves of who they are and the company they work for.

One of their employees was walking around my front yard right in front of my daughter’s nursery window. Never announced who he was or knocked on my door. I checked my ring cameras to see him wandering around the outside of my house. I still have no idea what he wanted, the only reason I found this company is because I saw his truck a few houses down.

Was going to put a negative review on how one of there employees got a bad attitude, when he was in my property unannounced..but by the looks of it with all these negative comments they don't care if so they would've taken care of that problem....smh it's either they hire good ppl and that company treats them bad enough for them to hate working(which it isn't our fault,the customers.)or they hire rude people off the start
