A real local gem. Jenny is so kind and thoughtful and helpful. I need to make copies of my home keys and car keys. The car key was tricky and she offered great options and suggestions for maintaining the life of the keys. Highly recommend. 👍

Michael and Jenny are both extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They fixed our garage door remote in under 30 minutes when other services said we had to schedule and charge us over a hundred dollars. Masters at the craft. On top of all that, they were incredibly kind and didn’t try to outsmart us to rip us off. Really a gem in the Oakland community.

I needed 3 keys in a pinch and she had them pressed, *POLISHED* and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. She was so kind and has had this shop for over a decade— I can see why it’s still standing. Also, for those with recession shocked pockets, the prices will be to your liking.

I called them around 4:30 pm they were at my house by 6pm during holiday. Michael was an amazing person who saved us!
