The team arrived on time. They quickly found the septic tank location. We had no idea where it was, as we are new owners of the house. They did an excellent job emptying the tank. They replaced the cover, which was cracked. They replaced all the dirt and cleaned the area thoroughly. The lead person explained how the septic system works, and took a picture of the inside of the tank so as to show us where the overflow liquid goes. All in all, I give them full marks for the service.

The entire project took only 4 days and their crew worked diligently and efficiently. The plumbing partner installed new septic line in basement too.
