I had a terrible experience with this cleaning service. I hired them through Facebook Marketplace to clean an empty house—no furniture, no clutter—simply to make it move-in ready. I paid during the job because I had to leave my home, trusting that the work would be completed professionally. When I returned, the house looked worse than before. Basic cleaning was not done. Areas that were specifically discussed were ignored, and there was no attention to detail whatsoever. This was not a deep clean, not even a standard clean. When I reached out respectfully with photos as proof and asked for an explanation or resolution, the cleaner blocked me on Facebook instead of taking accountability. That alone speaks volumes. The cleaning that helped with my move out cleaning was great. They were up front with all the work and was agreed to and provide invoice which listed each areas discussed. They even encourage us to walk around to check before payment. No deposit needed, no subscription required like other companies looked up.

SCAM— if I could give zero stars, I would. I used their services today. I found them on FB. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the quality of their services. I paid for deep cleaning of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, cleaning and reorganizing of fridge and freezer and reorganizing pantry. After the service, I contacted them back on FACEBOOK. I asked what was included on the deep cleaning. They said deep cleaning of kitchen includes wipe down of counters, cabinets and microwave and oven. My kitchen was not deep cleaned. They missed wiping the counters, floor was not swept and/or mopped, cabinets was not wiped down, microwave was not cleaned, oven was not wiped down, the fridge was reorganized but not wiped down/ clean. I'm always worried about hiring cleaning services because of my past experience with companies, but the booking for my appointment was quick and company updated me on what to expect. On the day of my cleaning the company sent me a notification when my cleaner was arriving. The cleaner was extremely nice, she had me confirm the service, check her work and happily offered to redo anything I was displeased with, and she even offered to take out boxes that I had in my living room. I have already recommended this company to my family and friends.

Absolutely terrible company in terms of professionalism - do NOT book! Secured a cleaning with them for a Tuesday morning. When that day arrived they never showed. I messaged them and they claimed it was a scheduling error and we were booked for the following Tuesday. I asked to be moved to the current week, and they rebooked us for Thursday morning. They confirmed the day before. Day of the appointment, no show, no message, and when I tried to message to check in they blocked me on Facebook. Our interactions had been cordial and polite, and I understood the scheduling error without any issues. Very disappointing to say the least.
