Quality 1st Basement Systems

Quality 1st Basement Systems did a great job on a basement finishing project for us. The team was professional and courteous throughout the project, working tirelessly to make sure that we had an amazing outcome. Julio, the leader of the onsite build team, and his team were thoughtful, ensuring minimal disruption to our lives. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire project, making sure that the finished product reflected exactly what we wanted. This was a big project, requiring them to coordinate electricians, plumbers, and government officials, and they did it seamlessly. I would certainly recommend Julio and Quality 1st Basement Systems to someone considering a similar project.

Quality 1st Basement Systems did a great job installing a quality sump pump and French drain system. In fact, I requested they add on a battery back up system in case of a power outage during a storm. They were professional and courteous. The team leader kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on from beginning to end. Quality 1st Basement Systems staff has respectful, knowledgeable and experienced technicians. Moreover, from putting down drop cloths and putting up plastic to minimize the spread of dust while drilling, they covered all their bases today. Although I initially received a few quotes from other basement water proofing companies, Quality 1st Basement Systems were slightly higher. Nonetheless, I decided to go with them because I firmly believe you get what you pay for.

Quality 1st Basements were fantastic to deal with at every stage. From the initial consultation to the team who worked on my project. Bernie, Eliseo and Fernando were incredibly professional, caring of my property and my time. Even though I have experience of the system having previously had the same system in my old property, Bernie explained every stage, answered my questions and allowed me to take photos so when my basement will be eventually finished I can show potential new owners if I ever come to sell it. Jorge, Delfino, and their team did a fantastic job on our basement. It previously flooded every time we had a heavy rain and there wasn’t a drop of moisture after the last two storms we had. Their triple sump pump system, water guard perimeter, and trench drains work great! The finish work with their wall system came out perfectly as well. Happy customer here 🙂
