Robert Butcher was my technician. It was the first time he had been to our place. He was extremely friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional. He was very patient with my questions and really helped me understand what the issues were. I was very grateful for his help. He is a fantastic asset to the quality air family.

Ian was friendly, knowledgeable and interested in what we had to say. Conscientious about wearing booties on his muddy shoes! Didn't complain about having to run back & forth to access our crawl space, either. He may have walked his steps for the day! Great experience.
