Quality Air Care

Let's talk about Quality Air Care in McGregor/Lorena/Hewitt/Waco. This guy is a professional. Go on front and is honest about everything. If you are looking someone to fix your AC problem. This is the guy! Highly Recommended. I'm very strict and responsible at the time to made a review. Is not doubt that he deserves a 5 starts.

I was extremely satisfied with Steve Wiggins & his crew! They were professional, answered my questions without hesitation, and were quick to respond. Steve explained the equipment & details about the job so i could understand. He was also very supportive when I asked questions & needed service pertaining to other equipment i had purchased previously. Steve and Sarah came to our rescue on a Sunday afternoon when our upstairs system stopped cooling. It was too hot up there for the kids to sleep or my husband to work from his home office. Steve and Sarah quickly came out (within an hour or two of our call) and figured out what was broken. Steve then gave us several options and helped us decide what repairs would be best for our system. After the repairs were made, they double checked to make sure the system was working properly. We are now cool and comfortable. They are a great team and offer wonderful value and service! I would 10/10 recommend them!

Steve was great! Not only did he come to my house to check my unit to make sure it was ready for the summer, but he showed me all of the parts that were working well and ones that will need attention down the road. Steve gave me great pointers as to keeping the unit running well, the best filters to use and how to take care of the outside unit... I would highly recommend Steve/Quality Air for all of your heating/air needs, as he is the only one I plan to have care for mine.

Steve has been out to my house for various needs several times. He always arrives on time and tries his best to get to you quickly. I like that he zeroes in on the most economical way of fixing a problem but also offers honest advice without a ‘hard sell’ approach. Steve went out of his way last season to make sure a mechanical warranty was honored on a system installed by another service. I didn’t even know it was under warranty! I recommend Steve!
