Quality Air Conditioning Company

The service provided by Quality Air did not ID that the unit has no refrigerant. Within 3 days the unit failed. We have no working AC. They sold us a defective Bosch AC - it’s broken down 6 times in the first 10 months. Stay Away!

Tiago provided excellent service from start to finish. He was polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain the issue and handled the repair efficiently. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is not only skilled but also a true gentleman. I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Tiago and Quality Air Conditioning.

He was the best .. i haven't warranty with another company.That does the worst work.But my grandfather was one of the original owners of quality air.And so again, i'm impressed with this young gentleman who came out and really worked hard on my air conditioning. He was very thoughtful and kind, which you don't usually find too often. If I was his boss, I'd give him a big raise. He hadn't his mind to resolve the situation.And he wouldn't stop until he could even came back twice to make sure it was a working order. I had a new A/C system installed today 2/19. Devray? and his helper Salon were fabulous. They came at 9am and didn’t stop working until 7pm. D was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough and spent time explaining everything to me. I was very impressed!
