Would of been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lady answering the phone, each time I called to schedule my appointment she had a attitude and the second time she told me she was going to call me back and never did two days later I finally called back and spoke to her again and she was attitude again and was upset that I asked for an in person estimate vs the one they provide over the phone. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I had Juan and Jamie come out and they were very informative and highly professional and through they got the work done within 2 hours and explained to me everything they did and cleaned up after their selfs. Definitely would recommend this company, request Juan or Jaime. To make the company great I would say replace the scheduler or more training for her.

Very easy to schedule the work. Arrived on time. Were very professional, careful, and clean. Highly recommend them. We have used them for dryer vent and HVAC cleanings.

We had our ducts cleaned by this company and their customer service is excellent. Karen was very responsive and the techs did an efficient, clean job. Be sure to watch the excellent video on their website. It explains the process exactly which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

The team of technicians from Quality Air Solutions who cleaned (and repaired) our air ducts was terrific! This was our second air duct cleaning by Quality (the first was eight years ago) and both times their work was excellent. Sonny and Chris were professional, friendly, and thorough; they paid attention even to small details and answered every question, taking the time to explain the steps of the process along the way. We really appreciate their care and consideration; such consistency (across years) in the quality of their work is one of the many reasons why we plan to continue working with Quality Air Solutions in the future. I am giving 5 stars primarily for the technicians, Ryan and Jackson. They were awesome, professional, friendly, efficient and extremely prompt- arrived an hour early (which was wonderful because I had a strict time frame I needed the services to be completed by)! We had mold in our Air ducts/vents so they did a duct clean, sanitize/moldicide, and cleaned the coils. Ryan described what they were doing and the products they used and ensured they were non-harmful, as I have bad allergies and asthma and my parents are coming to stay for a long weekend and have the same. QAS was also over $100 less expensive than competitors we first reached out to. Glad we went with them and will recommend!
