I am writing to express my appreciation after receiving 5 years of solid high quality service from Quality Air. I couldn't be happier after enjoying the results of the insulation and HVAC system installed by Quality Air in 2011. Everyone on the team is cheerful, patient and efficient, as a result, making the customer's life much easier than anticipated. Our hot water tank started leaking during the big snow storm, and we were not expecting any speedy service from anyone right after the snow storm. We were extremely surprised when Quality Air replaced the system the next day we placed the call and handled all the paperwork! As they worked, I kept asking questions due to my curiosity. Randy and his team went out of there way to prioritize our request for quick attention to the issue we were having with our air conditioning. Communication was fantastic, and they were very helpful. The problem ended up being electrical, so we had to wait for an electrician to come out to get the issue resolved. In the meantime, Randy had his team delivered a portable air conditioning unit to keep us cool while we waited, and did so within an hour. They did not need to do that, and offered so at no cost. I'm in the energy and home improvement field and have known Quality Air Specialists for some time. We met through industry and trade type training. We referred QAS to one of our customer's family members in Westfield, NJ. (We don't service that area). As a customer and quality focused business, we don't take referring others lightly. Randy from Quality Air, met with the customer and offered solutions for their Comfort issues. They had a Mitsubishi heat pump system installed in their Victorian home. The feedback was tremendous- QAS understood what they wanted, gave them several options and delivered more than they expected. The house is now very comfortable and cost much less to heat and cool. Dear Randy I wanted to take a moment to inform you of our experience working with your company. My wife and I are delighted with the Mitsubshi Ductless Mini Split System that you recommended & had installed in our home. It has been functioning well during hot and humid days and is extremely quiet and efficient. Since the weather turned cold, the heater function (heat pump) is an added bonus since I was going to install a new furnace, now I don’t need to.
