Russ diagnosed our washing machine problem almost instantly and explained how everything is supposed to work and why it was not and fixed the problem promptly. He also educated me on many things about my appliances that will be helpful in the future. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Russ at Quality Appliance Repair, Mandan, North Dakota! Additional: about 90 days later the washer made the same clunking noise. Russ found it was the same part as before, still under warranty and promptly replaced and got us back up and washing again. I learned even more from Russ, I don't think ANYONE knows more about appliances than Russ. He is a great educator and saved me lots of money and hassles down the road. They repaired our dishwasher, but only after comparing repairs costs to buying a new one. They want to make sure you’re spending your money wisely. It ended up being a different part than originally determined. They preferred the second part and came right back to finish the job. They stuck to their original quote, despite an unforeseen issue. They communicate well, are friendly, do good work and I highly recommend them. I referred them to my parents, and they are very happy as well.

On the day when I really needed to do laundry (poor puppy got sick in his crate bedding) the washer decided to die! Called and Russ came that same afternoon (Monday) to check it out. Figured out the issue right away, said he'd be back on Friday AM to put in the part. He came Thursday AM which was great! I was able to get all the necessary laundry done and more a day earlier than I'd hoped. Very nice receptionist/office person (his wife) to speak with on the phone too! Love these family-run, home-based businesses. They really care about their customers.
