I cannot believe I haven't written up a review before now as he has been servicing our appliances for the past 6 years! Maksym is amazing! He is our go to guy for all of our appliance needs at our properties. He is professional, very knowledgeable and brilliant, talented, honest, fair, and an all around great human being. He charges very reasonable prices! We are very happy with Maksym. And our dog loves him too!

We have used Max for a few things now and he is always prompt to respond and able and willing to come in to take a look and help. He's helped with our washer and dryer as well as our freezer's ice maker most recently. He will take the time to trouble shoot the issue and come back for repeated sessions to assist until the issue is resolved. We have referred him to other family members. He is super flexible and great to work with!

Had an issue with my fridge today. Contacted Max in the morning and he was here by lunchtime. Diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than the 30 minutes from arriving. It was an awesome experience. And he put everything back the way it was! We had to take all the food out of the fridge so that he could access what he needed to but he worked fast so that the food didn’t have to stay out for very long at all. The diagnosis fee was reasonable, as was the final labor charge. Max stayed in touch to let me know when he would be arriving, then worked fast to resolve the issue. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I will be calling his company again. Thanks!
