No extra charge or headaches with warranty department -- in fact, they gave me a discount for the inconvenience! Now my range works great and I love it!

This place is great! We had been looking for a deal on a new (used) energy efficient washing machine and dryer for a while and Quality Appliances had exactly what we wanted for a great price. All of the employees were really friendly and helpful, offering to switch out the plug if needed, offering delivery, and supplying the dryer vent hose. PLUS, they have a 30 day warranty, which gave us peace of mind but we didn't end up needing. Highly recommend them!

My wife and I bought a fridge from here. They had a good selection and price range available. The one we chose they were honest about one piece not working (selection panel for a pullout drawer). They were flexible on a delivery window which was good for my wife and I to meet our schedules. They arrived on time, took care in installing it in our house, and were efficient, polite, and courteous. The fridge works (except for the one panel). I recommend them.

We called QA schedule an in-home dryer repair. They weren’t able come to our home for a few days (3-4 day wait) but when Brandon arrived he was more than competent, timely and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our Samsung dryer in less than an hour for $175 after taxes. More than reasonable for call in-home service. Highly recommend!
