This review could easily be changed but I've been trying to reach quality by design with a question. I did ask them which variety of zoysia they installed (2 different types). Ian said there aren't different varieties of zpysia and they only look different because they are from different sod farms. First this demonstrates a severe lack of knowledge about their product. Obviously there are over a dozen varieties of zoysia. I coukd look past this because knowing its zoysia is probably good enough for most people. But to not know, not inquire when yiu don't know or lie to me is a very telling sign. So ive been trying to now reach them to find out which sod farms supply them. They haven't answered or returned my messages. Once they do I'm happy to change this review. Until then, I rate q sta

Worst experience. The landscaper was hired by Pulte as part of our initial lawn installation. Before closing I brought to their attention issues with the landscaping. In the front side of our home the tradesmen walked all over our plants breaking them. We even had one plant thrown there and not planted. After calling this company numerous times through Pulte and directly myself the owner claims it was approved by the final walkthrough inspectors. This has been a nightmare. To make matters worse they also handle the irrigation system. I would not recommend anyone to this company due to their bad service.

Their new electrical landscape equipment is very silent excellent for residential properties.

Bought new home from Pulte. Sprinkler system not lined with property. Work order put in. And 0 response. I have called multiple times. No communication. I would personally not use their service. And will not recommend them either. Maybe I’ll change my mind if they ever fix their mistake.

On January 31, 2019 the crew for QBD was installing an irrigation system in the ground. I had the cable company mark with flags where the fiber optic cable line was located under ground. There were a half of a dozen flags clearly marking the path of the cable line. As the crew was digging the trench with the machine, the guy using the machine walked the machine directly over the flags cutting trough the fiber optic cable line.I observed this via my camera system on the house. I had to leave work, causing me to lose money, so I could respond home to get the cable line repaired. I was able to get in contact with Michael Howell (VP) who responded out. It appeared that he did not care about his crew disregarding the flags and cutting through the cable line. I advised Mr Howell that I lost mone
