Today, I had a disappointing experience with the cleaning crew. Quality Care Cleaning LLC. They arrived late, which threw off my entire schedule. When they did show up, their work was far from satisfactory. Some areas were missed entirely, and others were cleaned hastily, leaving behind streaks and smudges. Additionally, a few items were misplaced, and one of my delicate decorations was broken. I attempted to address these issues with the crew, but they seemed disinterested and unresponsive. Overall, it was frustrating and not what I expected from a professional service.

Iris was wonderful! She let herself into the house like we wanted and cleaned everything perfectly. The bathrooms are spotless! Working with her was easy from start to finish. I contacted her on a Sunday and she came out the next day to give me a quote. Then came back the same week to clean. Definitely recommmend!
