Second time using Quality Care Home Inspection. Very detailed report on the finding and great option to have them give estimates on repairs. Would definitely recommend.

Quality Care Home Inspection is fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for a better inspector to come inspect my possible first home! John is very well educated and he is passionate about educating his clients as well. He goes above and beyond in answering questions and giving suggestions even outside his scope as he wants you to have the tools needed to make your process a success. I received a very detailed report as well as a summarized version for easy referral. It was a pleasure working with John and I have great respect for what he does...I can't even begin to think about crawling into dark, closed spaces full of bugs! I would definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

John is a great home inspector, and really made the process... dare I say, fun! My goal was to educate myself as a first time home buyer, and I received that and much much more from this. John was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most important to us thorough in his inspection. Not only was the inspection report was sent out within 24 hours, but John contacted us by phone to review the report, answering all the many questions that we had.
