Our dog had a "problem" on an area rug overnight. I phoned this company first thing in the morning and they arranged to get someone by within a few hours. Maurice, the owner showed up and got right on it. The result was excellent! He took the time to explain proper care for our wool rug, should we ever have another stain, and provided helpful tips. I was very impressed and will definitely use this company again when we need rug cleaning.
