Not only did they ensure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving, but they also took the time to explain how to operate the system and offered helpful maintenance tips. I choose Quality Comfort because after receiving several quotes from other competitors, they came back with an unbeatable quote. I asked for a written diagnostic and spelling out what needed to be done, and they did. They answered all questions I had and were very patient with my needs. The entire team was helpful and pleasant to work with. They did an exceptional job and very clean. Highly recommended.

I called Albert to to give me some ideas on heating my home. They deserve a 5-star plus rating. He was professional, courteous, and helpful on the phone. He arrived on time with his brother. They spent an extensive period of time at the house. I originally called about a more expensive system to install, but Albert told me that for my situation it was not necessary. He was detailed about his explanation and just as professional as he was over the phone. I would recommend Albert and Quality Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning without any hesitation.
