The Cox fiber internet cable for my house was wrongfully disconnected by another company and we were getting the run around from cox and their other contracted companies. It had been almost a week without internet and we have no cell service where we live. I ran into Victor from Quality communications who was servicing a neighbors house and asked if he could help us. Victor did not hesitate to help us out by fixing our internet and even rewiring the fiber since it had been rewired improperly at install. Victor was the only person throughout this whole process that was helpful and he went above and beyond his current assignment by going out of his way to help us when other companies wouldn’t. Thanks a lot Victor!
