We have had them out a couple times- so far very happy.. Chase came out today for routine maintenance. He spent time did what we signed up for and very friendly in a semi-chaotic environment (few dogs, kids following lol) I have had past experiences with other companies where they come for maintenance in and out in like 5 mins ask if you need filter-done. He found our drain line checked everything. I believe it was Jason last time. We purchased the uv light that is supposed to guarantee to keep the mold out- kind of pricey but if it does what they claim can't complain and it also included maintenance- time will tell. He was very knowledgeable and helpful- he told me even nights or weekends someone will get to you if you have any problems no addtl charge.. In the past I had used Naples Qua

Just had Jon from Quality Control come out this past week to look at my AC unit after it stopped cooling, and he was amazing! Super friendly, really knows his stuff, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense. He also gave me a few repair and replacement options that fit my budget, which I really appreciated. It’s nice to deal with someone honest and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Jon and the Quality Control team!

So happy I called Quality for a 2nd opinion. My neighbor referred us and they saved us over 3,000 from another company! I totally trust them as the tech, CHASE, showed me his readings on his monitor to see we had no leaks and no coolant needed! And they came right away and also wrote a report that I printed from my email. THANK YOU CHASE!!!!

I had Quality control Air Representative John at my house today. He was awesome!! Professional, easy-going and knew exactly what the problem was. He’s the type of guy that educated me as to what the problem was and the solution. To his QCA supervisor, he’s a keeper!!

On July 8 2025, we had a routine check on our 4 year old AC by Quality Air Control, Port Charlotte. We have purchased the “check up” programs for the last couple of years. We had noted that each check up often led to a problem needing repaired. On this day, we were told we needed an evaporator coil that would be extremely difficult to find due to our type of AC unit that was no longer being manufactured. Thus they suggested we purchase a new unit before the AC malfunctioned. New AC quote was $10,800. When he left I decided to make calls to AC distributors and in 15 minutes found the part. On July 9th Quality Air called to tell us they could NOT find the part and to tell us we should consider purchasing a new unit. I did not say anything about finding the coil but stated that we would think
