We recently hired Shaun again because of his knowledge and experience in so many areas of construction and maintenance. He has done electrical, dry wall, painting, and general repairs inside and outside of our home over the past 5-6 years. He delivers quality work and a great value for the price of his time and talent. He operates his business with integrity, and we highly recommend him.

Shaun does amazing work. My wife and I hired Shaun to come in and fix some things after we had some horrible work done on our house by someone else. He came in and painted the whole interior of our house replace 2 exterior door frames and a few other odds and ends around the house. He shows up on time ready to work as soon as he is at the job site. He communicates extremely well and isn’t afraid to tell you what the best path would be for your household repairs. If he can’t do what you want he will get you with the right people that can. He will even check in on you afterwards to make sure you are still satisfied. I can not say enough about the great work he does. I will use him again for future projects.

Shaun recently repair extensive weather damage to my front porch. This work required tearing out rotting floor joists and deck boards and replacing with new lumber, replacing roof supports, and sections of railing. He also did some porch roof repair and replacement of decking and shingles. He also was kind enough to clean out my gutters for me. I am very, very pleased with the quality of work he performed for me.

QCR is an outstanding company. I’ve used them for many jobs and all were 5 star. Recently they completely re-did my guest bathroom. Shaun shows up when he says, does the job and cleans up perfectly. Can’t go wrong with Quality Control Remodeling.
