We completed a project with them about a year and a half ago. It wasn’t cheap, but we chose them because we heard they did quality work. However, just a few days ago, my daughter tried to open one of the drawers and the entire front panel collapsed onto her foot. We contacted our project manager, who told us the warranty expired after one year and advised us to reach out to support. We've done that, but still haven’t received a response. Frankly, it’s ridiculous to spend thousands of dollars on a relatively small project, only for it to start falling apart just over a year later.

We are very impressed with our cabinets from quality craft. Jake was very prompt and professional in helping us put together our vision. We opted for cabinets in our kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms and office. He helped us tweak the designs from our plans into something that was doable for our budget and for practicality. He had great recommendations for layout and different features. We really appreciated the custom quote with drawings and full color renderings. Todd hung the cabinets with incredible workmanship. He stayed late to complete the install and didn't cut any corners. There were a few complex details that he was able to get completely flush and make them look really clean. These cabinets will really be a highlight in our home.

Quality Craft nailed it in bringing to life my vision for my new kitchen. They were patient with my design tweaks and very professional. I got three different quotes from other companies before choosing Quality Craft and they had the best quote mock-ups and best price which saves me a few grand. I’ve been using the kitchen for a few weeks now and I haven’t had any issues. They also came up with a custom stain matching a small block of wood that I stained myself and I love how the color turned out. The wood cabinets are alder and the painted cabinets use Benjamin Moore color Pale Oak. Quality Craft did the cabinets in my home and they are spectacular. I had a small issue with one of my drawers and customer service came by and fixed it promptly and perfectly. I asked for a custom hood with some edging that the shop had never done before. The craftsmen did fantastic. Lastly, I am an employee here and I have never worked in a better environment.
