The work was excellent. Customer service was and is stellar. Highly recommend Quality Craftsman. I would just add a note that when doing the painting of the walls, that there should be no overlap of the paint onto the tiles. Otherwise, my bathrooms look great and I am overly satisfied with the work.

I had a shower replaced. They came on time. Very thoughtful about house floors and surroundings. They finished early the estimated time was 3 days and they finished in 2 days. They did a beautiful job. I love the new shower and it looks very nice. Easy to clean. No tile and grout. They left cleaning instructions so as not to scratch the new walls. They were great to work with. Jonath who did the estimate took his time showing us what they had, colors and his suggestions were good. We took his advice and I am very happy I did. I would recommend them to anyone redoing a bathroom. Now I have to paint the cabinets a light gray and do the walls.

I'm very pleased to have Christian Defalco from the Quality Craftsmen visit for my bathroom remodeling project. I was very hesitant at first but his customer service skills are excellent, he takes his time to assist, helps match your preferences, and make sure you choose the right designs so you can truly you want to enjoy the project. He is amazing and he got the job!

Preferred Installation is who you want performing your repairs. We had shower door hinges replaced and adjusted. Jonathan was superb. He was proficient and professional. He only uses quality parts. He shows you where the bad part failed then shows you his replacement parts and what they do. Go with this company, for real.

Great experience from start to finish. Everyone from appointment setter, sales consultant, Mike contract reviewer with me Danny, construction date manager, construction crew, Victor, supervisor and Cory were all great, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and interested in customer satisfaction. My new shower is beautiful and I really like the arced rain shower head, ribbed shower walls that make water coming down like a waterfall, barn door style shower doors and no more grout to deal with. Beautiful job well done,
