I was planning a full bathroom remodel, including converting my bathtub into a shower to make it more accessible for my mom, and Nick was incredibly empathetic throughout the process. He walked me through multiple options that would best suit our needs and brought plenty of tangible samples to help me envision the final design. Got their ad on Instagram & should have just heeded the "scam" warnings in the comments. At this point, they've taken $10k as a deposit and refuse to refund it. The rep who came to my house created a high-pressure sales situation where if I didn't put 50% down right there, it would jump up by another ten grand. I asked him if I wrote him a check and changed my mind, could I get my money back, and he said yes before they did any work. (At this point, no work has been done, but he's changed his tune). I also asked him to hold off on cashing the check, but they did anyway. While he was here, he put his outdoor rolling suitcase onto my entryway bench rather than the floor. Gave me the total ick. Our experience started with Noah Judkins. Nice young man. Very personable, easy to talk with and knowledgeable. He gave an information packed preview of the product line and our options. Answered all our questions and presented us with several design options from across the product line. After three other quotes we decided to go with Quality. The installers were great. The lead craftsman photographed the entire install and was able to review the steps and improvements they made to ensure a quality job. We appreciated that, not just having to take them on their word. We chose a white shiplap design with a black floor pan which goes great with our industrial farmhouse decor. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend this company.
