Quality Discount Heating Oil & Propane

I've used and relied on Quality oil for probably twenty years now for my heating oil needs. Staff is always friendly and quick to pull up my account/schedule a deliver or take a payment. Used their anti sludge additive for a few years in an outside tank and never experienced another sludge block. Good prices on teas inside too. Definitely a good place.

We've used quality discount oil before and have always had a good experience. However I have to give them serious props this time. They delivered oil an entire day early which was very much needed despite us going into some of the coldest days of the year and them being incredibly busy. Well done team!

I have nothing but good things to say about Quality discount heating.i have been a customer for 17 years and never had a bad experience. I called for oil yesterday said I would be on the list for Monday..it was delivered today Friday and I was so glad..and the driver was very nice considering he had to jump in 2 ft of snow to get to my fill..And the office ladies are a pleasure to talk to.I appreciate all of the workers there.Thanks again..Sincerely Jane Vernay

I’ve worked with them for nearly four years and have always found them to be helpful and willing to work with me for “oh crap” cases. We realized our fuel had gone down much faster than expected during a recent cold snap and after explaining we have an infant at home they were able to deliver a day early even though they had initially said that the day was booked full. Additionally, the reception staff has always been helpful and patient with explaining issues and helping to find solutions.

Spent 3 days without oil because they dont prioritize. Received a email on the 2nd day telling me I wouldnt get my delivery til the 3rd day. Its not just about being cold but they should consider freezing pipes as a real issue. I get 1st come 1st serve but keep it within reason.
