Quality Door

Quality door was responsive when we needed a quick repair. Their prices were on par with the competition, but we appreciated the knowledgable technician and decided to get a few more tune ups and parts replaced on our other garage door. The honest assessment of what a needed (as opposed to total door replacement) was great. Last but not least Debbie was exceptional to work with in handling our scheduling and pricing. Thanks!

Duane and Quality Door treated us great and did an awesome job on our 18' garage door panel replacement. I wish Cheyenne WY had a garage door business that was this good. We reached out to multiple garage door companies in our area and never got a call back. Quality Door is our "go to" garage door business.

I've used Quality Door multiple times between two different houses and I've been happy each time. I care deeply about the quality and craftsmanship of completed work, and every time they've met my expectations. They are very fair and honest and I won't bother to look elsewhere should I need a "garage door guy" again.

Duane was so quick and not judging when he came over after we had pulled the wires from our eye sensor causing the door to not work. He fixed it in, no kidding, 3 minutes! Charged us basically nothing! I highly recommend Quality Door, they are quick but more importantly efficient!

RUN!!!! DO NOT use this company! Horrible experience! Extremely unprofessional! Duane the owner could careless when we called to report all the issues with our install & the fact we didn’t receive what we had ordered, was promised, & what we paid for! Duane even made horrible degrading & discriminatory remarks to me when confronted with the discrepancy in parts, work promised & not received. They are not members of the BBB or they’d be reported! Duane threatened a lien on our home if I stopped payment on our check. How this company stays in business treating people so horribly is beyond me. I truly question their honesty!!!!
