Very professional I have a HP laptop that I bought from EBay and the battery was faulty I asked Steve to replace for me and he did it in good timing and for a very fair price. I was not able to pick up my laptop on the original pick up time and Steve worked with my situation I am very impressed with the work he did and his professional he is I wouldn’t go to anyone else

Extraordinarily rude receptionist answering the phone. I mentioned that I had submitted a request for a quote through the "Request a Quote" form on their website and her response was "I wouldn't do that." I asked why and she said, "Because nobody checks that." How am I supposed to know that? Why even have that form at all? I then proceeded to tell her what I need done, but she was just so rude throughout the entire call that it's clear this is not a company I want to work with.

Great to have a contractor who will do what they say, when they say, and at a reasonable price.
