Contractor does not notify property owners of construction process/guideline timeframe particularly when blasting occurred. Does on clean or maintain public road as necessary. Contractor provides good lip service and they have a sweet open ended construction permit that allows them to do whatever and has everything in there favor! They should be using water every day to keep the dust/dirt to a minimum And they have not done so! Our home is a dusty mess daily thanks to them. Is there any compensation? You would think that they could plan better (process improvement) to not have to dig, fill, dig in same place. Can they not complete and move on to the next site? Very frustrated property owner.
