Steve came out and did a thorough estimate of our old foundation and drew up his recommendations. He explained everything and set expectations ahead of time. They did several walls of anchors in just a couple days and were very reasonably priced. The crew was nice and answered any questions that I had and packed the ground back into place when finished. I would recommend Quality Foundations.

Steve is great. They did a whole basement rebuild about 7 years ago and still no issues. The neighbors used Thrasher for the same thing and had cracks in the foundation within 2 years. He came out to another home of ours that I was paranoid about and could have easily taken advantage of me but was honest and told me what would be a waste of money. Definitely knowledgeable and honest.

Steve and his crew did an amazing job! They added two egress windows, interior drain tile, and a sump pump. You can’t beat the price. 18 months later… zero leaks or problems. We took 3 bids. The other two companies tried selling us on unnecessary add-ons and used scare tactics to pressure us into the sell. We were extraordinarily relieved when Steve just told us how it is and worked with us to first fix the leak and second to install windows. Steve’s bid took 30 minutes; the other companies took 5 hours combined to convince us that we need all sorts of stuff. Go with Quality Foundation if you want fair, no-hackle, quality work performed at a decent price.

We called to have Steve come out because of concerns we had in the entry of our basement. Prior to this we had Quality help us with several other problems that had fantastic results. No more water! So, we called when we had another problem. Steve did some troubleshooting and uncovered that our problem wasn’t as bad as we thought. We’re so happy to have someone to call that we know will do excellent work, is honest and is someone who feels like a friend. This company gets my highest recommendation! Thank you!

Steve recently provided an inspection in my basement for any necessary repair needed for foundation cracks and moisture. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure me and answered my questions. He provided information for someone that does window wells and improve foundation drainage.
