This team is absolutely amazing! I have had the worst luck with my garage door lately and this team is super amazing! Most recently as today, they came out after I backed into my door that was partially let down on accident. I consider them family now as often as I need them to due to my own errors lol. They also educate in the process. I will never use anyone else. Fast, friendly and affordable. Thanks friends! Until next time! … we know there will be a next time knowing me 😅

I had no idea this was not a company and instead 1 person owned . The gentleman that came out today was very professional, timely ( especially on short notice ) and just all around awesome. I wish I would have caught his name !!! Thank you so much again 10 mins in and out !!!

Rick was very rude and his help was chastised by Rick Although his customer service skills need work. The job was done in a timely and correct manner.

Quality Garage Doors (by Rick) has done work at my home now for 20 years. I have two separate garages and a total of 4 doors. I’ve had Rick at Quality out at least 4 times in the past 15 years. Always great work and no upselling for things you do not need.

I have a newborn and have a sign up saying “please do not knock or ring doorbell. Baby is sleeping and dogs will bark.” Rick saw the sign and called when he got here instead of knocking. (5 stars in my book already.) He quoted 10-15 minutes and he delivered. I work from home so the extra noise is inconvenient so that speediness was perfect! I am beyond impressed with Rick and would suggest him to anyone! 10/10 would recommend.
