From picking the granite with the help of Janell, to having Austin come to our home to measure and create the template, to the representatives who came out to do the installation, we had an amazing experience. I’ve used this company several times for different projects, including camper granite installation, bathroom shower tile, flooring, and full kitchen remodel and granite. No matter the situation, they’ve always been open to helping and able to come up with a solution to get me exactly what I had envisioned from the start. It’s been great working with a company that can handle so many different things in one place. They offer helpful insight, their pricing is very reasonable compared to other local companies, and the quality of their work has always been great. Everything has turned out the way I hoped, and they’ve been easy to work with from start to finish. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, quality work.

Communication with the salesperson was actually very good, which I appreciated and initially felt confident moving forward because of. Unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. The first major issue was with a paid custom upgrade. I specifically paid extra for vein matching and discussed this both with the salesperson and the person who came out to measure. At no point was I told this feature would not work with my design. However, when the second installation day arrived, the vein matching had not been done. Only then was I told that it “wasn’t possible” with my layout—information that should have been communicated before payment and production, not after installation.
