Quality Heating & Air

After a very stressful experience with our furnace, I decided to call Quality Heating & Air for a second opinion, and I am SO thankful we did. Our furnace had been diagnosed by another company as needing full replacement, and we were quoted a very large amount. We were also told there could be a potential carbon monoxide issue, which was terrifying as parents of two small children. The technician from Quality Heating & Air came out, took his time, and thoroughly inspected our unit. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and most importantly, he was HONEST. The issue turned out to be a dirty flame sensor. That’s it. A simple, affordable fix. There was no carbon monoxide issue, no need to replace our furnace, and no pressure to upsell us on anything we didn’t need

One of my heating units quit during the recent cold snap. I called Quality. I had never heard of them nor them me. They sent a tech out the same day who kept in touch with me and fixed the problem that day. Unbelievable service. Everyone so nice and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this company. They recently installed a brand new HVAC system and I couldn’t be happier. Their prices are very reasonable, and their financing options made everything much easier to manage. From start to finish, they were professional, easy to work with, and really took the time to explain everything about the products and installation. The installer, William, and his crew did an excellent job. They were respectful, efficient, and made sure I understood how to use my new thermostat and system. They even answered all my random questions about the new house and explained how everything worked together. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, honest, and stress-free. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or installation!

Quality Heating and Air installed two heating and cooling systems in our home. I was positively impressed with all the technicians that installed the systems. The company adapted to the utility company delays and also made adjustments to accommodate my travel and holiday schedule. Very impressed by the entire team. The Amana systems are far quieter and heat much better than the system that that was replaced.
