★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT hire this company — the owner, Chris, is offensive, unprofessional, and careless. Hiring Chris and his insulation company was a complete disaster. He caused damage to my drywall and A/C unit, and when I brought it up, he refused to take responsibility or offer a solution. Instead, he insulted me and acted like he was doing me a favor by being there. His crew doesn’t speak English, so communication was nearly impossible. Meanwhile, the so-called “project manager” sat in his truck all day watching YouTube videos while the rest of the team ran wild through my attic with no supervision. Chris and his team absolutely did a wonderful job insulating my attic. The before and after pictures show how little insulation I had, and the quality of work the team provided. They came on time, vacuum up all debris and left no signs of their presence after the job was done. Now there is a noticeable difference in temperature in the house and my HVAC doesn’t work as hard to warm up the house. I would highly recommend Chris and his team!

We had an excellent experience with Chris and his crew at Quality Insulation. Chris was very patient with all of our questions and provided a detailed scope of the work to be performed at a price that was very competitive. His crew was punctual, efficient and extremely careful with our house and furniture as they worked on removing the old insulation in our attic, sealing fixtures before adding in the new insulation. There was an immediate and noticeable difference in the comfort level in our home and our energy bills are now significantly lower. I highly recommend working with Quality Insulation!

There is a reason Quality Insulation consistently gets 5 star reviews. Chris (owner) is fantastic to work with. He's quick to come out and gives you a proposal right away. The crew that does the work is very professional, cover all the surfaces and the spaces are equally as clean when they leave. Chris was able to point out a drywall issue we were having once they removed all the insulation and was able to anchor it back together without charging me. Top notch service and work was great as well. No need to look further if you have any insulation needs.

The company deserves 1000 stars l. Chris came and gave a well thorough inspection and estimate of my actic. Had my concerns and expectations, I had several other companies come and give quotes for double the price. Especially ORKIN. Orkin tried to use care tactics to sign contract without any explanation. Chris gave the quote and the crew arrived a week later as scheduled. Chris has a great work crew who were professional , caring, and did high quality work. Every step of the way, I was communicated and was filled in. I was shown before , during and after photos. And end results were UNBELIEVABLE Chris is fair and honest, he gives reasonable prices and will not take advantage of his customers.
