Quality Insulation

Truckers: It's a pretty small place, really only room for one truck at a time. I was advised to park alongside the building while another truck was being emptied. Backing up against the old-school cement ledge-type dock is easy, but the only way to get back out from where you came in is by backing out. The forklift operator was nice enough to assist with this part. There isn't really room for overnight parking, so I parked at one of the neighboring warehouses and no one bothered me. I would not advise parking in the big parking lot next door. It's empty at night, but by 8am it's packed with cars.

Ben from Quality Insulation was outstanding! On our 225-year-old farmhouse, he took the time to come out multiple times, making sure every detail was done right. His expertise and dedication really showed. The installation crews were fantastic—we had both spray foam and dense pack cellulose, and both teams were professional, efficient, and took great care in their work. The house was a challenging project, but they handled it perfectly. If you want top-quality insulation and a team that truly cares, Ben and his crew are the ones to call! Highly recommend!

I wouldn't hire this company. I had a nice big job for them to do and they don't return phone calls. I tried working with them and after several phones calls not a call back. So I hired someone else. 2 weeks later they call and want to now come and look at my job. Told them nope going with someone else. Also we used one of the big box stores to install gutters on the home in the community I manage. They had 2 homes to do. They did one home took the money and never came back. The store couldn't even get hold pf the. Do not use these guys

Call and asked for an estimate to insulate my garage. I was transferred to Mark. Mark said he would call me in a few days with a time for an estimate. Waited 8 days called back and left a message for Mark reminding him I was still waiting for an estimate. Called the next day and I spoke to General Manager who said he would talk to Mark and get back to me ASAP. Verified I would get a call back by the end of the day and……I didn’t. Maybe they don’t need the work.

Matt came promptly and did an exceptional job on cleaning and repairing my gas fireplace. Meticulous in keeping everything clean and very personable. Give him a 10 star rating
