Today, Fernando came by to turn on my sprinkler system. He was incredibly polite and professional throughout the visit. He took the time to thoroughly inspect every sprinkler head and rotor with great care. What stood out to me was his patience, deep knowledge, and humility. When I shared the issue I experienced with my sprinkler system last year, he honestly admitted that it was something he hadn’t encountered before. I really appreciated his openness—it’s a reminder that we’re all constantly learning, and being honest about what we don’t know is part of that growth. Communication was not the best. We paid in May. Nothing was done until July. Had zero idea of install except it would likely be done before June. July hits, we got it done and the lawn was tore up. Bunch of trail marks everywhere that are irreparable. Main office was bad. Sales guy stopped communicating 100% after payment in May. The onsite tech was good which is why I boosted to 3 starts.

There very easy to work with and love the affordable option for yearly services! You shouldn’t wait! I DIDN’T
