The reason for the low rank is the cost of service. The service guy Ryan was quite great & helpful. I would suggest that they offer a better payment plan for initial service. Monthly maintenance is also a bit over budget for disabled low income people. I have NO complaints about the employees. They are great, it's just too expensive for an average Joe.

We are very pleased with how this company treated us. Ryan, our technician, always arrived on time for appointments, and was great about answering any questions we had. And Courtney, the office manager, always responded quickly to our questions and needs. That kind of client service and communication means a lot!!

We had a family of raccoons living in our attic. David Lewis with Quality Pest Control was very methodical in ridding my attic of all the raccoons. David inspected my home every morning over a 2-week period using several cages to rid me of the raccoons living. I highly recommend Quality Pest Control and especially David Lewis.

I’m so terrible at remembering to write reviews for consistent services so after like three years as a client of quality pest I figured it was about time! When my husband and I first bought our house we were woefully underprepared for the pests in the area we’d moved to and felt overrun pretty quickly- German roaches (the biggest issue), mice, carpenter bees, wasps, hornets, among a few other offshoots. Quality Pest resolved all our issues, explained things so well that some of my coworkers at my office now call me “mini pest control” because I take everything they tell me to heart.
