Absolutely The Best!! Trevor and Justin installed a Bosch Heating and Air Unit for my home. They did a magnificent job! They were professional, highly-skilled, punctual, efficient, respectful. Excellent work performance! The men who cleaned the ducts/vents and provided extra help did a great job too. These guys enjoyed their work and helping each other. Even sang a couple of Beatles songs when finishing work. Kudos for great clean-up. Tanner managed the selection and contract. Knowledgeable, customer-first sales, honest, and follow-up. Outstanding. The office staff quickly addressed calls and timely scheduling/dispatch was done with Debra. Caring. If you want the best, Quality Kodak is your team. They are good! Thank-you to all!

I called this morning requesting an industry standard service of installing and plumbing in a kitchen sink in our home. I was told that a work order would need to be created and a $59 fee would be required to come out and give us an estimate to have this job completed. This seemed ridiculous as this is such an industry standard job that could easily be estimated over the phone with just a few questions. I was a small business owner electrician for many years and have extensive experience in the trades.... A few questions to the homeowner would have sufficed in understanding the scope and cost of such a simple job. It's crazy how some companies are still trying to charge estimates on jobs that should be evident to the contractor. This company should be ashamed. I feel like they're trying to

I had Quality plumbing replace some duct work and had a complete duct cleaning. Brent and Trace were top-notch—friendly, professional, and very respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and left the workspace spotless. I also appreciated the no-pressure mention of their membership program. However, management is doing these guys a disservice. As someone with a background in industrial maintenance, I was concerned to see their equipment in poor condition, with some tools literally held together by tape. These technicians are clearly skilled and professional, but they need reliable, well-maintained tools to do their jobs safely and effectively. I would hire Brent and Trace again in a heartbeat, but the company needs to invest in the equipment their team

Review of Quality Plumbing – Plumbing Division I needed to connect city water from the main tap to my house on a ridge. The city informed me that, due to the high elevation, I might need a pump to maintain adequate water pressure. I clearly explained this concern to the adjuster from Quality Plumbing when he came out to provide an estimate. Unfortunately, the experience that followed was extremely disappointing. When bidding for the job, Nick (the adjuster) guaranteed that water service would be available by the end of the second day. That promise was not kept. Nick also claimed they could install a pump if necessary, but it later became clear that their team had no experience or qualifications to do so. The technician later admitted they lacked expertise in installing booster pumps on
