I called for a plumber in May to fix a leaky bathroom sink cold water faucet. The plumber said he could not turn off the water supply in the cabinet under the sink to fix the leak because the pipes were “frozen with age (2006 construction). He replaced the pipes under 2 sinks in my bathroom for $910. I left for a long trip and returned at the end of October and discovered the faucet still leaks. Called the plumber back and he said it’s $270 to fix the leak. Why didn’t he fix it before? He said I must have told him not to! In fact I did not, and I had him back to install a replacement laundry room sink a week later and he again had to replace the existing under cabinet pipes due to age and charged $660. My HOA is contracted with Quality plumbing and rooter for our buildings. Had a major leak in ceiling of my bathroom. They came out three times and were unable to find the leak. Major damage as a result. Hired another company and they found the leak in upstairs unit shower on first attempt. Very unsatisfied with Quality plumbing and poor work ethic.

Quality Plumbing helped us with a job yesterday, and they were so great that I would never consider using another plumber. They are experienced, professional and affordable. It was easy to make an appointment with them and we were completely happy with job they did!!!! They used a camera to check the pipes under our house that would intermittently back up. They cleaned/descaled the pipes with a spinning chain on a snake while watching on a camera device (I'm probably not using the right terminology!) Anyways, they are affordable and dependable and come with our highest recommendation!!!
