I can’t say enough good things about this company. They had built the pool of a home we bought. They honored their service contract which was with the previous owner. We asked if they could add a heater and rather than selling us one sight unseen, Bill(owner) came out to meet us and talk over things. We agreed on a price and general timeframe. (4-6 weeks) We left on a trip and two weeks later, boom. Pool heater installed at the exact price point. The company maintained our pool regularly and adjusted the salt levels. They were easy to contact and very knowledgeable about the whole system. Great customer service and value. Highly recommend.

After installing the pool initially I've had a number of issues with my pool lights, as well as my pump. When asked to come out and service it they don't tell you when the tech is coming, and then when you finally email them about it days later they say "Oh we came out and checked it, and it was fine." No proof they actually came out and looked at anything, nor tried to fix the problem.

We would not have a finished pool if it weren’t for Bill and his team at Quality Pools. We were left with a concrete hole and waterline tile when Bill took over our contract and did so out of the goodness of his heart and moral standards. We met with him on a Tuesday and the team was there the next day with our supplies. He has responded quickly to every question we have asked and has had someone out to tweak things here and there. Ashley has been fantastic already with getting the water ready for our kids to start swimming asap and we look forward to working with her more. I can’t thank Quality Pools enough for stepping in and taking our project on!

The end result of our pool is great, however, the entire process was terrible. Their customer service is horrible. They do not respond to calls or messages. We only ever saw the project manager 1 time and he was so rude. The process took a lot longer than it should have. If you don't care about any of these issues, then I'd say give them a call because we are happy with our pool overall.
